Welcome to Mexico City! Your food adventure starts meeting your local guide at the lobby of the hotel at 5 pm for your welcome meeting. After a quick introduction, get ready for a taco taste tonight.

Day 2 Mexico City Anthropology Museum.

Our food adventure starts with an early visit to The Anthropology Museum: domestication of corn, ancient agriculture, interpretation and relationship with pre-Columbian deities and importance of local markets in ancient times.

Day 3 Mexico City Chinampa visit and Market Food tour.

Visit Chinampa and learn about the ancient agriculture process and how locals preserve these important traditions.

Discover a very traditional local market and how it was connected with chinampas production before 1920´s. Learn the way pre-Columbian culture harvests and how locals preserve these ancient techniques.

You will try real Mexican food in the local market.

Day 4 Teotihuacan ruins and Puebla transfer day.

We traveled today to the Teotihuacan ruins, exploring one of the most important and biggest sites between 150a.c to 750 a.c.

Meet a local family to learn more about obsidian, and try cactus local products.

Puebla ride will be only 2 hours away, finishing with a walking orientation in the famous city of Angels.

Today we will be exploring the city, visiting famous ex convents, admiring the very amazing old kitchens and history where you can almost smell what the nuns cooked there.
